The management here has done an excellent job. The grounds are kept up nicely. The new pool area is kept clean.

I’m pretty “happy” at Heritage Village apartments, with the exception of “not knowing” when we will see a “new” Security Gate” - which we need so much. Also, combination locks for the clubhouse & laundry room. Thank You.

It's a good place to live so far I have been here a little over a year now and the management has been very helpful when I needed them to be. Our management Victoria higuera I believe has been going above and beyond her job title to listen and help I can only speak for myself as for everyone I have talked with says the same thing. I enjoy living here and would recommend it to everyone...

I love living here at Heritage Village. The office staff is very nice and helpful. The maintenance guys are awesome, I've never lived where maintenance clears their mess. These guys clean everything.

Fantastic neighbors. Everyone is super friendly and the dogs are all well behaved. It is very quiet and peaceful. I love living here.
