I enjoy my time at the village and I'm glad I'm a part of the family. The maintenance team is the bomb even though it's usually a one man team, and management sucket for the longest time but now that we have new owners it seems like there trying there hardest to turn it all around. Thank u Victoria and chyanne and Theo....

Heritage Village is a very nice place and well kept apartments with very friendly neighbors. I consider this home for me..I have lived here for almost 13 years. The Manager is here for us and very friendly. Maintenance always get our repairs done same Maintenance have been here before I lived here.. The police station is right next door and shopping is not to far.. and we have a beautiful pool..use of computers. I recommend this place for anyone over 55..

I’ve lived here for a year. It’s the first time in years that I’ve lived in an apartment and I was worried. But the maintenance people are great and fast and I’ve had no problems with the management. The grounds are well kept. I haven’t enjoyed the pool yet due to the pandemic. My neighbors are nice and I can keep my little dog.

I have lived at Heritage Village for almost 15 years and it has a friendly atmosphere and pleasant place I call home. It has a beautiful recreation room with a T .V. and computers for seniors to come in and relax ..Our managers are always here for us and are very kind We have maintenance that are the best and landscaping that is well kept up..A beautiful large pool..and our management always keeps us up-to-date on what work is going on with our apartment complex...Heritage Village cares about their renters...
