I moved in last Friday. The office staff and maintenance staff had gone above and beyond to help me feel at home. The other residents are very friendly! The property is clean and well-maintained! Maintenance came by to do minor adjustments and was thorough and professional not to mention quality work. Thank you so much Hazelridge for helping us seniors to enjoy our golden years!

I'm just moving in and Natalie and Maintenance have been great! I'm very excited to start this new chapter in my life. However, I have one compliant. Why is a senior allowed to have a pit bull. He is unable to control this dog. Like I said I'm just moving in and twice I've had to rush away because this dog is pulling the owner toward me. I was struggling with moving things and had to go out of my way to avoid them. Also another dog resembling a poodle was wandering loose and barking around my ankles.

Unfortunately, the pest control people left us dumbfounded because they reportedly told the site manager that service was being refused, when actually they came to the apartment and walked inside, and looked around before leaving. We never declined any service. We requested it. The Maintenance people helped get the problem taken care of. So, your maintenance crew was fine, it was the pest control person that made the experience "weird" by stating the above to the manager. Thank you!

Since we have "new" owners, they have been renovating HV Senior Apartments, and the complex looks much better. Also, I'm aware they are "renovating" the clubhouse and pool areas too. The problem I have, is a lot of friends here and myself were told we will still have our "parking spots", and would receive "parking tags", but nothing has happened, and that was over two weeks ago. Some of the residents really need to have their parking spot confirmed, instead of arriving after dark, and can't find a safe space. Also, the front laundry room was to get "new" washers/dryers - this has not happened. Besides the above, I'm pretty happy here, I just hope and pray that the owners will "stand by their word". Thank You.

A lot of changed in my 8 years here from loss of good residents and community gatherings to loss of beautiful landscaping due to broken sprinklers, Vehicles vandalized, some disruptive residents that caused many issues to neighbors, many roof and water leaks, very old washers/dryers that are often out of service and dirty laundry rooms, too many notices on our doors of what we can’t do and not enforced, many patios are not in compliance with neatness etc. quality of new residents is less than desirable, homeless people walking through and dumpster divers and trash areas are horrible!! More housekeeping and maintenance is needed! Trees need trimming! Many things were neglected by previous owners and management (or lack of). I pray new owner and management will be quicker about all the above and deal with individual residents that don’t comply with patio rules instead of putting notices on every apartment door! I hope there will be some rent control.

I very recently moved in and my experience so far at Heritage Village is nothing but positive. My refrigerator unfortunately broke down and I immediately reported it to management and in a short hour David and Teo ( maintenance team) brought me a new one. Heritage Village is a very nice place and well kept apartments with very friendly neighbors. I consider this home for me..I have lived here for almost 13 years. The Manager is here for us and very friendly. Maintenance always get our repairs done same Maintenance have been here before I lived here.. The police station is right next door and shopping is not to far.. and we have a beautiful pool..use of computers. I recommend this place for anyone over 55..

I’ve lived here for a year. It’s the first time in years that I’ve lived in an apartment and I was worried. But the maintenance people are great and fast and I’ve had no problems with the management. The grounds are well kept. I haven’t enjoyed the pool yet due to the pandemic. My neighbors are nice and I can keep my little dog.

Heritage Village is a property that is located centrally to grocery shopping, the public library, coffee shops, parks, numerous great restaurants, numerous banks and office supply facilities. the police station and so many other places. This property consist of 200 units. The grounds are always maintained in excellent condition. The pool and hot tub area are very enjoyable and always very clean. Scattered throughout the property are gas grills for the residents to enjoy. Heritage also has two laundry rooms on the property and the washer and dryers are all in excellent condition. the clubhouse is large and has a kitchen and nice bathrooms. The management team and maintenance staff are excellent and always ready to listen to the residents and quickly resolve any concerns or issues the may have. I would highly recommend Heritage Village to be considered as your next home.

We have lived in the Heritage Villa Anaheim for Seniors for the last two and a half years and counting. This is an excellent final destination for senior citizens who are looking for a great place to retire and relax in their golden years. The place is simply clean and beautiful! The shrubs and bushes, plants, trees and flowers are well-kept by a gardener with green thumb. This is also an incredibly smoke-free environment hence, we smell the clean, fresh air indoors and outdoors. An added advantage of living here in the Heritage Village Anaheim for Seniors is its convenient location to the essential services (i.e., proximity to the Anaheim Police Department, churches of different denominations, schools, banks, public transportation, pharmacy, UPS, Post Office, Library and Museums. Likewise, a good number of amenities and recreational facilities are available for the residents to enjoy - the swimming pool, the hot spa, the clubhouse where residents meet and greet and enjoy their favorite games and hobbies (bingo, puzzles, crochet, knitting, reading magazines and periodicals), attend ice cream and cake party hosted by Management for the monthly birthday celebrants, healthcare meetings aimed at providing residents insights on the latest trends in health care, and the computer center to serve their computer needs. In the process, the residents are assured of a wholesome and safe environment where they can have a worry-free/good night's sleep and wake up to another great day. After all, what good is a beautiful place when you cannot get somebody to answer your call when you are, among other things, suddenly faced with a clogged sink or a faucet that doesn't wok?

Problems that may come up are taken care of in a timely manner. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Even the dogs are nice. My cat and I enjoy our balcony in the wonderful weather we have in so cal. Im going on 5 years here.

I really enjoy living here...The management is wonderful, the maintenance staff are friendly and right on top of things. The pool and Jacuzzi are very relaxing and are kept impeccably clean. The club house is a nice place to sit and read, watch TV, or just chat. And I could not live without the computers, saves me money on internet. And the area is just charming, walking distance to library, fast food, post office, church, and the promenade is great. Just an overall great place to live.
