Apt flooded out because a pipe broke behind the toilet but the staff was quick to react. Friendly staff and helpful.

Unfortunately, the pest control people left us dumbfounded because they reportedly told the site manager that service was being refused, when actually they came to the apartment and walked inside, and looked around before leaving. We never declined any service. We requested it. The Maintenance people helped get the problem taken care of. So, your maintenance crew was fine, it was the pest control person that made the experience "weird" by stating the above to the manager. Thank you!
