Iâm pretty âhappyâ at Heritage Village apartments, with the exception of ânot knowingâ when we will see a ânewâ Security Gateâ - which we need so much. Also, combination locks for the clubhouse & laundry room.

It's a good place to live so far I have been here a little over a year now and the management has been very helpful when I needed them to be. Our management Victoria higuera I believe has been going above and beyond her job title to listen and help I can only speak for myself as for everyone I have talked with says the same thing. I enjoy living here and would recommend it to everyone...
I love living here at Heritage Village. The office staff is very nice and helpful.
The maintenance guys are awesome, I've never lived where maintenance clears their mess. These guys clean everything.
I very recently moved in and my experience so far at Heritage Village is nothing but positive. My refrigerator unfortunately broke down and I immediately reported it to management and in a short hour David and Teo ( maintenance team) brought me a new one. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.
